SUMMARY:Akzeptanz- und Commitment-Therapie I
DESCRIPTION:Die ACT gehört zu den führenden Therapierichtungen aus der so genannten dritten Welle der Verhaltenstherapie. Ihre Wirksamkeit ist bisher (Stand Juli 2015) in über 130 RCTs überprüft worden – und das bei so unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern und Problemen wie Depressionen\, Angststörungen\, Zwangserkrankungen\, chronischen Schmerzen\, psychotischen Erkrankungen\, Suchterkrankungen\, Raucherentwöhnung\, Trichotillomanie\, Epilepsie\, Diabetes\, Stigma\, Burnout sowie Problemen am Arbeitsplatz. Dabei ist das Verfahren grundsätzlich transdiagnostisch angelegt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen sechs so genannte Kernprozesse\, die sich in die Hauptkomponenten Achtsamkeit und werteorientiertes Handeln unterteilen lassen. Ziel dieses Einführungsworkshops ist es\, einen Überblick über das Modell zu geben und die zentralen ACT-Strategien kennenzulernen. Dabei soll nicht nur ein intellektuelles Verständnis vermittelt werden. Mindestens genauso wichtig ist das unmittelbare Erleben. Offenheit und die Bereitschaft zu Selbsterfahrung und interaktiver Gruppenarbeit sind deshalb wichtig\, wenn Sie von diesem Workshop profitieren wollen.

DESCRIPTION:Traumatized Patients and Work with Mentalization in Video Intervention Therapy \nFreitag\, 02.03.2018 von 09.30 – 17.00 Uhr\nSamstag\, 03.03.2018 von 09.30 – 17.00 Uhr\nLindwurmstr. 117\, München \n“Mentalization” is a notion receiving considerable attention today.  The concept was first developed in the context of attachment research.  It refers to a person’s ability to understand her own and other persons’ mental states.   Mentalization is quite different from the traditional idea of empathy\, as it is more precisely defined\, and covers a broader range of abilities. \nMany adults and children who have been severely traumatized have special problems with mentalizating about other persons.  Work with mentalization skills is therefore strongly indicated for them.  In VIT a number of techniques\, most of them video-based\, are used for helping patients with these skills.  In this seminar some theoretical background will be given and these techniques will be taught.
